Logistics and Warehouse Manager

From concept to delivery, we manage everything in-house to ensure quality, creativity, and punctuality. With continued growth we're looking for an experienced Logistics/Warehouse Manager to take charge of our warehouse operations and play a key role in our supply chain success.
RoleAs our Logistics/Warehouse Manager, you'll oversee all warehousing, inventory, and logistics activities. You'll ensure efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of promotional goods, while leading a small, dedicated team in a fast-paced, creative environment. You will be responsible for the logistics and efficiencies of bulk packing jobs.
Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and dispatch
- Oversee inventory control and ensure stock accuracy through regular audits
- Coordinate domestic and international freight and courier logistics
- Work closely with sales and production to meet delivery deadlines
- Develop and implement warehouse processes to improve efficiency and safety
- Lead, train, and support warehouse staff
- Maintain equipment and ensure compliance with WHS policies
- Proven experience in warehouse and logistics management (preferably within promotional products or retail)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and logistics software
- Forklift licence (preferred)
- Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven, high-volume environment and work under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
