Damm Fine Food is one of Melbourne's most creative and leading catering companies, managing two premium event spaces as well as offering private catering and event management services. We are seeking an experienced **Event Supervisor**with catering events experience.

**Key Responsibilities**

Ensure all last minute staff cancellations and no shows are dealt with in a timely manner.

Lead staff by mentoring, training and regularly providing feedback

Oversee the enforcement and adherence to all staffing, venue policies, and procedures, maintaining the required business standards.

Manage the efficient setup, service, and breakdown of events.

Deliver private events with the event managers and the Director

**Requirements**:
Experience working in large scale function and events operations.

Comprehensive beverage knowledge of wines, spirits, beers and cocktails.

RSA certification (Responsible Service of Alcohol).

Flexibility to work on a rotating roster including late nights, and weekends.

Effective English literacy, with strong customer service skills and a professional demeanor.

Good hygiene and self-presentation are essential.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: Up to $50.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Events or Restaurant Managing: 2 years (required)
