**The Role**

This role will be both challenging and rewarding, and will provide a great opportunity for you to expand your knowledge and skills. Developing your leadership abilities within our team and building your reputation within a growing company.
- Manage FOH teams on events
- Train and develop your teams
- Assist Operations Manager in running events for Showtime Event Group
- Assisting with stock control and staffing requirements
- Ensure that all regulations and procedures are adhered to at all times

What it takes to succeed
- Experience working in large scale function and events
- A strong focus on executing prestige events with skill in precision.
- A passion for food, service and spectacular events
- A positive attitude
- Immaculate personal presentation and hygiene
- Good communication skills

Previous experience as Team Leader or Supervisor role within catering and events companies or venues will be considered a distinct advantage.

**Salary**: From $28.08 per hour

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Rotating roster
