We are currently seeking a **full-time Client Relationship Manager** to join our supportive and close-knit team. This is a unique opportunity to work in a meaningful role where you'll make a difference to grieving pet owners every day.

**About the Role**

As our **Client Relationship Manager**, you will be the key point of contact for our veterinary partners and pet owners. Your role is to ensure a seamless and compassionate experience throughout the cremation and memorial process.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with veterinary clinics
- Supporting clients and responding to their queries with empathy and professionalism
- Managing bookings, logistics, and documentation for cremation services
- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and respectful service delivery
- Representing Bamganie with integrity, compassion, and care in all interactions

**About You**

We're looking for someone with:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A compassionate and empathetic nature
- Experience in customer service, client liaison or account management (preferably in the pet care or healthcare industry)
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Confidence with phone-based communication and administrative systems
- A genuine interest in helping people and their pets through difficult times

Veterinary industry experience is highly regarded but not essential. Full training will be provided.
