Client Relationship Manager

The role of Client Relationship Manager involves delivering exceptional service to a portfolio of clients, with the ultimate goal of growing their business through referrals and recurring revenue.
Key responsibilities include managing lending applications from initial enquiry to settlement, utilising online CRM platforms to monitor client interactions and application progress.
A strong relationship builder, you will provide tailored advice and present lending strategies to clients, while nurturing and growing a network of internal and external contacts.
Collaboration with Directors and Leaders from other divisions is also essential in this role.
To be successful in this position, you will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Additional requirements include:
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Excellent knowledge of residential and commercial lending products.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
