**About the Role**:
We are seeking a reliable and friendly **female support worker** to provide **companionship and light routine support** to a young NDIS participant aged between 8 and 16 years, based in Lilydale. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys casual community-based work and building rapport through social interaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide social companionship and a friendly presence during scheduled visits
- Accompany the participant on simple outings such as local walks or trips to the shops
- Promote a calm and enjoyable atmosphere
- Follow guidance from the participant's guardian or supervisor for activities and boundaries
- Support consistent routines without providing direct personal care or complex prompting
- Female, aged 20-30
- Fluent in spoken English
- Available **every Tuesday and Thursday** during the day, with flexibility for occasional changes
- Warm, approachable, and calm, not overly animated or forceful
- Able to build rapport with children or teens in a gentle, non-directive way
- Willing to follow a structured plan and work under supervision or guidance

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Current **Working with Children Check (Employee)**:

- **NDIS Worker Screening Check** or ability to obtain
- Valid **First Aid & CPR**:

- Valid Police Check
- Australian Driver's Licence and reliable transport
- Legal right to work in Australia
