Chandler Macleod are seeking a motivated Meter Data Officer to join our client in Silverwater. As a Meter Data Officer, you will be responsible for managing meter data and assisting in the analysis of that data.

This is a 12-month temporary contract position with the potential for extension.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collecting, verifying, and processing meter data
- Managing and maintaining meter data in an accurate and timely manner
- Investigating and resolving metering discrepancies
- Assisting with the analysis of meter data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Providing support to internal and external stakeholders
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records

**Requirements**:

- Excellent research and analytic skills
- Ability to work independently and as a part of the team
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a supportive environment
- Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills
- Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to provide support to both internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrates ability in the use of online systems and databases (e.g. Excel)
- Ability to demonstrate company values of honesty, accountability, and customer focus
