We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Records Officer to join our Records and Information Services team. This role plays a vital part in driving key records management initiatives, ensuring compliance with retention and disposal requirements, and enhancing governance through control assurance activities. A central focus will be the operationalization of CastlePoint for SharePoint Online, enabling automated archiving and destruction of records. The successful candidate will also collaborate with Business Unit Risk and Compliance Managers to support records-related compliance and assurance efforts. Your day at NTT
- Conduct retention and disposal assessments to ensure records align with approved schedules and legislative requirements.
- Assist in developing and testing control assurance mechanisms to support compliance and mitigate risk.
- Support the implementation and configuration of CastlePoint for SharePoint Online, enabling automated archiving and destruction.
- Collaborate with Risk and Compliance Managers to align records practices with broader governance frameworks.
- Create and deliver communications and training materials to support records-related change initiatives.
- Contribute to the evaluation and development of technology and automation solutions to enhance records management efficiency.
What would make you a good fit for this role?
- Strong knowledge of records management principles, including retention and disposal protocols.
- Experience working within risk and compliance frameworks, particularly in control assurance.
- Familiarity with CastlePoint or similar records management platforms and tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and support change.
- High level of analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving capability.
- Ability to contribute to technology and automation initiatives, with an interest in AI-driven solutions.
