**The role**:
As a Junior Internal Sales team member, you will be responsible for providing efficient and exceptional customer service to our large and varied customer base.

This is a full-time permanent role, Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm and one Saturday every 4 weeks 7:30am - 11:30am.

**Your key responsibilities include**:

- Provision of customer service, including effectively actioning customer requests and enquiries.
- Counter sales including the promotion of an extensive and diverse product set.
- Liaising with suppliers and creating purchase orders.
- Stock control, including re-stocking shelves and packing orders.

**About you**:

- Must be an Australian / New Zealand resident or citizen. Sponsorship is not offered for this role. (No temporary visas, unfortunately).
- You are committed to delivering exceptional customer service and providing the best solutions for your clients.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- You're a driven and passionate professional with experience working in a sales or customer facing role.
- You are excellent at managing your own time and a real "self-starter"; you don't need someone looking over your shoulder to get things done.
- Be comfortable with basic IT tasks / data entry, including Microsoft Office Suite.
