**About Us**:
Founded in 1993, PACK & SEND is recognised & awarded as providing the best courier service experience in Australia. We operate in the parcel, freight, and eCommerce logistics sector, with over 130 Retail Service Centres across Australia, New Zealand, and the UK.
**The Role**:
As a key member of our team, you will:
- **Assist Customers**: Provide expert advice and pricing for domestic and international shipments.
- **Sales Excellence**: Manage over-the-counter sales, handle telephone inquiries, and process online transactions.
- **Customer Relations**: Deliver outstanding service and build strong customer relationships.
- **Operational Tasks**: Accurately measure and weigh consignments, and delegate pickup and packing tasks to junior staff.
- **Logistics Coordination**: Track and trace shipments to ensure timely deliveries.
- **Administrative Support**: Complete essential administrative tasks to keep the Service Centre running smoothly.
- **Communication Management**: Coordinate communications within and outside the Service Centre.

**Working Hours**:
- **Full-Time Position**: 45 hours per week.
- **Optional Overtime**: Additional 3 hours on Saturdays.

**What We're Looking For**:
- **Educational Background**: Minimum of Certificate IV qualification. TAFE or University courses are a bonus.
- **Sales Skills**: Any sales experience is highly valued and can fast-track your career progression.
- **Customer Service Skills**:A minimum of 1 year** of Proven success in customer-facing roles with exceptional interpersonal skills.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Comfortable using point-of-sale systems and Microsoft Office.
- **Personality Traits**: Energetic, proactive, and able to solve problems efficiently.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
