**Description**:

Providing excellence through the achievement of performance indicators.
Collaborating with partners to continually improve customer experience across all arenas.
Meeting planned services goals & setting targets for your various teams.
Overseeing the activities and performance of the various teams within Customer Experience.
Ensuring the Enterprise & Government support teams are meeting and exceeding all KPIs and customer SLAs.
