
Customer Experience Manager

We are seeking an experienced hospitality professional to enhance customer experiences, meet sales and profitability goals, manage employees, and work closely with our General Manager to ensure continued growth and development.
- This challenging role involves managing competing priorities, excellent communication skills, high levels of organisation, ability to manage staff and prepare employee rosters, strong focus on food and beverage service, able to follow budgets and implement growth strategies.
This is a fast-paced, high-quality hospitality venue looking for someone who can think laterally, work well under pressure, and drive revenue growth.
Key requirements include:
- Experience in managing multiple tasks and projects
- Effective team leadership and management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to maintain high standards of customer service
- Preferrably proficient in using Square
