About this role:

Your responsibilities:

  • Drive a customer-centric culture by creating a warm and engaging in-store experience
  • Assist in achieving all key performance indicators as set by the business
  • Support your manager in ensuring the team has a clear understanding of all business objectives and commercial acumen
  • Inspire and empower your team through collaborative leadership, training, and development

About you:

  • A passion for the retail industry, excellent customer service skills, and a strong sense of personal style
  • Ability to manage budgets, interpret financial reports, and generate efficient rosters
  • Skill in building strong relationships with stakeholders across the business
