The Facilities Manager is a key member of the Facilities and Workplace Management team, responsible for establishing, managing, and delivering the Facilities and Workplace Service Delivery Plans for the VIC, SA, WA, and TAS TJX store network.

This role collaborates with internal functions to ensure a clean, safe, operational, and productive environment for Associates and Visitors. On-call availability is required, and some travel is required

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Experience in establishing, managing, and delivering service delivery plans.
- High analytical skills to assess data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in facility systems (HVAC, Energy Management, CMMS).
- Entrepreneurial mindset to drive innovation and growth.
- Ability to review and interpret lease obligations for repairs and maintenance.
- Thoughtful leadership with the ability to collaborate with senior management and influence positively.
