- $800 including super per day
- Must be available to start immediately

As the Project Coordinator, generally, your role will be to support the Project Manager/s in coordinating and increasing efficiency across the transformation program.

**Key responsibilities**

Manage day to day project management fundamentals

Provide regular project status reporting

Preparation of precise and timely meeting minutes when required

Updating project schedules, milestones and task tracking

Develop and maintain project documentation and artefacts

Manage the risk & issues register

**Your skills & experience**
- Previous client side project experience as a Project Coordinator
- Experience in an IT project environment on large scale projects / programs and/or PMO
- Exceptional communications skills
- High level planning and organization skills
- Experience managing multiple priorities
- **Advanced skills in MS Office with a focus on Outlook, Excel and Powerpoint.**
