**About Your Role**

Our Above Water Systems team provides engineering & maintenance services to Royal Australian Navy vessels and commercial ships. We're proud to bolster Australia's sovereign capability through operational support to our defence partners. With ongoing training programs and a team of over 500, our people have room to grow and develop an impactful career with us. Located centrally in Woolloomooloo your role purpose will be:

- Maintain PMO monthly cycle for on-time project delivery.
- Support project management structures and baselines.
- Assist Bid Manager in document production.
- Administer document repository (e.g., SharePoint).
- Create document templates and offer user guidance.
- Coordinate Bid Review actions and track author progress.
- Aid in response production and tender submission.
- Support post-bid activities: archive, audit, report.
- Enhance Bid Team processes with new tools.
- Provide admin support for projects.
- Maintain project records and file systems.
- Ensure timely delivery of project artifacts.
- Assist with reporting and meeting preparations.
- Handle travel arrangements and cost reconciliation.
- Process purchase requests and receipts.
- Coordinate business events and functions.

**How about you?**
- Business Administration, Engineering, TAFE Certificate, or equivalent experience.
- PMO experience over the full project lifecycle activities.
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive and helpful spirit.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
