Our organization is a leading SAP Platinum Partner, continually improving ourselves in the industry.
We are seeking a PMO Coordinator to bring value to our dynamic and growing team.
This role is key to executing and delivering SAP projects across various industries.
The successful candidate will work directly with our Project Services Stream Lead to contribute to the success of our business operations and project deliverables.

**Job Description:**
We are looking for a skilled PMO Coordinator to support the execution of SAP projects, including project planning and coordination to ensure projects are completed within the agreed schedule and budget.
The ideal candidate will assist in setting up SAP ByDesign, ensuring accurate configuration and alignment with organizational standards.
They will also support invoicing & forecast process and financial reporting, validating data against sales orders to maintain budget compliance.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
A Bachelor of Commerce or related University Degree
A minimum of 1 year's relevant work experience in a system project delivery industry or environment
SAP S/4HANA (Public and Private Cloud) and SuccessFactors experience is desirable
An approachable, supportive, and can-do attitude
Great stakeholder management with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with a diverse group of people
Knowledge and understanding of project management processes and methodologies
Ability to deliver high-quality written and verbal communication, including confident presentation skills
