**About The Role**:
Work within our business based at our Head Office in Campbellfield delivering high quality safety compliance.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Provide support to the HSE and project team
- Collate and manage the monthly safety reporting
- Provide program support and access to all employees and organise system training guides
- Provide administration support in relation to incident investigations and reviews
- Assist with the delivery & implementation of Business HSE Improvement Plans
- Creating and maintaining dashboards and reports
- Conduct trends analysis to generate safety related reports
- Maintaining certification and business pre-qualification data
- Assist in the preparation of safety statistical and administrative information for tender purposes
- Participate in the preparation of internal and external management system audits

**About You**:

- Great attention to detail with strong organisational and problem-solving skills to manage work deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, and interpersonal skills to develop and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent Computing skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint/Excel/Word/Outlook/Program)
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently as required
- Driver's licence
