Job Title: Hse Administrator

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of HSE Administrator.

  • This position is a dual-role position, where you will support both Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) initiatives and general office operations.
About The Role:

In this position, you will be responsible for:

  • Tracking employee training completion dates and maintaining accurate records.
  • Updating external client compliance portals.
  • Maintaining records of training completion and other HSE-related documentation.
  • Providing clerical support for WHS matters, including tickets, licensing, injury reporting, and claims management.
  • Assisting with responding to employee inquiries about WHS procedures and policies.
  • Participating in the preparation of HSE reports and presentations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • General Office Administration
  • Reception duties
  • PA and administrative support to the Head of Operations
  • Administrative support to various departments
  • Data entry and document management
  • Cleanliness and organisation in the office environment
Requirements:
  • A proactive and resourceful individual with previous experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • An individual with knowledge of workplace health, safety, and environmental practices.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work autonomously and problem solve.
  • Strong computer literacy, intermediate or above proficiency in MS Office Suite.
