**About The Role**

As a Dispatch Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting our customer service and dispatch team. This will include coordinating, scheduling, and allocation of jobs to our (Tow Truck Operators). You will also need to manage Estimated Time of Arrivals (ETAs), and service provision to meet our service level and requirements.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain a professional manner in all customer interactions.
- Effectively manage a high volume of incoming phone calls.
- Efficiently address and resolve customer inquiries, provide accurate quotes, and facilitate job bookings.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues related to delays promptly and effectively.

**About You**:

- Prior experience in a customer service and dispatch centre environment.
- The ability to foster strong customer relationships.
- Effective communication and collaboration with diverse customer profiles.
- The capability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise within a high-pressure environment.
- Sound judgment, precision, and critical thinking ability.
- Drive to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Impeccable attention to detail and adept time management.
