Leadership Opportunity: Program Director Role
The Program Director will be responsible for leading the development phase of the Southern Queensland Region's contribution to the Bruce Highway Targeted Safety Program.
Lead a team of professionals to ensure program activities align with transportation requirements and industry best practices.
Manage stakeholder engagement and provide specialist advice on program aspects, delivering presentations as required.
Identify and harness expertise to deliver program objectives by creating a high-performing team.
Collaborate with teams across the state to ensure consistency of delivery and technical practices.
Investigate, manage, and resolve complex engineering and contractual issues associated with the program.
Lead and manage construction contract options through procurement and delivery phases to foster industry involvement.
Monitor and report on program progress, identifying mitigation strategies to overcome issues or obstacles.
