We are looking for experienced leaders to drive performance at our sites in the Toowoomba Region.

As Chief Elf in Santa's photo studio, you will inspire, support, and lead your team to create magical moments for all of Santa's visitors.

About the Role

You will lead and motivate your team to deliver unforgettable visitor experiences, manage daily operations, rosters, and workflow, welcome families, and keep the atmosphere joyful and merry.

To succeed, you need to be a leader who inspires and supports those around you, great with people and pets of all ages, organised, adaptable, and calm under pressure.

Key responsibilities include managing POS operations, processing, and packaging visitor prints and photo packages with care and attention to detail.

Requirements
  1. A strong communicator who thrives in a team environment;
  2. Focused on creating positive experiences for visitors and team alike;
  3. Ability to work flexible hours;
  4. A Working with Children's Clearance;
