Job Opportunity

A highly skilled and experienced Accounts Payable and Receivable professional is sought to take on a key role in our finance department. The successful candidate will possess a strong background in managing debtors and creditors, with the ability to build positive relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Daily banking and direct debit processing
  • Collections, debtor reconciliations, and refunds
  • Customer setup and maintenance
  • Invoice/Credit note creation and supplier invoice processing
  • International and urgent payments, employee reimbursements, and weekly payment runs
  • Supplier setup and maintenance, ad-hoc duties for Financial Controller or Chief Financial Officer

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of operations and procedures
  • Formal Qualification in Accounting/Finance (desirable but not mandatory)
  • Pronto or similar accounting software experience desirable
  • Strong proven experience in accounts payable, receivable, and corporate collections
  • Previous experience in a high-volume transactional environment
