Leadership Opportunity: Program Director Role

The Program Director will be responsible for leading the development phase of the Southern Queensland Region's contribution to the Bruce Highway Targeted Safety Program.

  • Lead a team of professionals to ensure program activities align with transportation requirements and industry best practices.
  • Manage stakeholder engagement and provide specialist advice on program aspects, delivering presentations as required.
  • Identify and harness expertise to deliver program objectives by creating a high-performing team.
  • Collaborate with teams across the state to ensure consistency of delivery and technical practices.
  • Investigate, manage, and resolve complex engineering and contractual issues associated with the program.
  • Lead and manage construction contract options through procurement and delivery phases to foster industry involvement.
  • Monitor and report on program progress, identifying mitigation strategies to overcome issues or obstacles.
