Responsibilities
Oversee accurate financial statements and reports supplied by CEO
Ensure compliance with internal financial and accounting policies
Work with CEO to make sure all the board understand their fiduciary responsibilities
Work with the CEO to draft the budget year
Qualifications
2+ years\' of experience in finance or accounting
Strong communication and analytical skills
Experience in leadership and team management
Strong organizational and planning skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive community
Experience with remote work and virtual collaboration tools
Prior experience in community-building or non-profit organizations is a plus
