Job Title

The role of an IT Business Process Analyst is pivotal in defining, documenting and optimising IT and Security onboarding and offboarding processes.

Key to this role is the ability to contribute to process mapping, automation, efficiency and risk reduction. This involves working closely with stakeholders to capture as-is onboarding and offboarding processes from an IT & security perspective.

Leading workshops and interviews with key stakeholders will be essential in gathering information. The analyst must then design and document to-be processes incorporating automation, efficiency improvements and governance controls.

Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams including IT, Security and People & Culture will ensure that process changes align with compliance and operational requirements.

A strong understanding of ITIL principles and their practical application is crucial for success in this position.

Strong business and process analysis skills are necessary to drive stakeholder engagement and facilitate smooth workflow processes.

The ideal candidate should have experience working in IT and/or security environments.
