**About the Company**

Davidson Technology are currently supporting a leading Australian institution with one of the largest technology transformations around.

We are seeking a mid-level Process Analyst for an initial 6 month contract position (with likely extensions) to work as part of the Data Insights team in maintaining requirements, defining business process flows, creating and optimising processes.

You will work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment within a strong and growing team. The team are working in a hybrid working model (1-2 days a week in the office).

**About You**

To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate:

- 7 years + experience in a similar role (Instructional Designer, Technical Writer, Business Process Analyst)
- Exceptional documentation/technical writing skills
- Solid experience as a business process analyst to elicit & prioritize requirements
- Facilitating workshops to gather information and convert info into published documentation with clear actionable recommendations
- Be able to liaise with all levels of stakeholders from front line advisors to executive level
- Experience working using agile delivery methodologies,
- Ability to work independently under pressure in a fast paced environment to meet project deadlines
- Excellent communication skills to define business processes in easy to understand language for stakeholders
- Experience understanding and/or using the following programs: (or similar)
- ServiceNow
- SharePoint Online
- Atlassian (Jira/Confluence)
- Microsoft Office
- Diagramming tools (ie: Visio, Draw.io, lucid chart, miro)

**Commercial Skills & Formal Qualifications**
- Tertiary qualification in IT or a related discipline preferred
- Demonstrated awareness of IT change and problem management processes
- Process oriented with strong attention to details
- Ability to create user guides for user training
- Understand the benefits of data warehousing, big data, data science, machine learning and AI
- Broad technical skills and knowledge in best practices
- Ability to understand business and IT strategies, environments, and trends across multiple functions
