Business Improvement Expert

We seek a skilled Business Improvement Expert to drive process optimisation and technical innovation in our dynamic ICT environment.

This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to analyse business needs, design, and implement strategic technical solutions that enhance efficiency and service delivery.

  • Lead enterprise-wide process optimisation, requirement gathering, and change initiatives
  • Design and implement data models, integration points, and BI/reporting solutions
  • Evaluate, integrate, and optimise software/SAAS platforms for improved performance
  • Deliver ICT projects using Agile methodologies and ensure smooth operations across the organisation

Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline is essential.

  • A postgraduate qualification (e.g., a Master's in Business Administration, Information Systems, or Technology Management) is highly regarded
  • Minimum 5 years of commercial experience in roles such as Business Systems Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, or a similar position within a dynamic environment
