Are you a creative, self-motivated individual with a passion for hospitality that's dreamed of opening your own bar?

This summer we are offering a unique opportunity to set-up and manage a pop-up bar in the beautiful town of Daylesford. Only an hour and a half from Melbourne and situated in the historical goldfields region, our town is producing some of the best food, produce, wine and drinks our country has to offer. From film-shoots to festivals there is always something exciting happening here.

This role involves running the business as if your own, handling everything from designing menus and curating a standout drinks offering to shaping the aesthetics and ambience of the space. With a 1 AM license already secured, you'll have the chance to set the vibe, create engaging layouts, and cater to both regular operations and a range of events, including the iconic ChillOut Festival, Australia's largest regional LGBTQIA+ pride event.

What We're Looking For:

- Creativity in crafting a drinks menu and developing a unique bar experience.
- A strong hospitality background
- Strong sense of responsibility and a proactive work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and manage all aspects of bar operations.
- Desirable (but not necessary): Experience in brand activations, collaborations, or managing partnerships with other businesses.
- Experience in stocktaking, business finances, and managing busy service periods.
