Looking to take the helm of a vibrant pop-up bar? We're on the hunt for an ambitious individual to bring our unique bar concept to life.

As a senior bartender, you'll have the opportunity to craft menus, develop drinks offerings, and shape the aesthetic and ambiance of the space.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Creating a bespoke drinks menu that showcases your creativity
• Managing all aspects of bar operations, from stocktaking to busy service periods

We're looking for someone with a strong hospitality background, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
