Pop-Up Team Leader Job Description

As a Pop-Up Team Leader, you will play a key role in creating magical experiences for our customers.

Job Role:

Pop-Up Team Leader Melbourne Locations

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support the Store Manager in managing store operations and team performance.

  2. Work closely with the Store Manager to build a high-performing team.

  3. Provide excellent customer service and support with product selection and product enquiries.

  4. Implement plans to achieve high results in sales and customer service expectations set by the Support Office team.

  5. Provide operational support with pop-up opening and closing routines.

Requirements for Success:
  • At least 1 year of management experience in a retail environment.
  • Ability to build a high-performing and results-driven team in sales and customer experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Be self-motivated, driven, results-oriented, and demonstrate success in achieving KPIs within a retail atmosphere.
