**Here's how you'll make a positive impact for animals**:
- ** Become a Champion for Donors**: Provide efficient Regular Giving program administration and deliver exceptional customer service to maintain strong donor relationships.
- ** Support Multi-Channel Giving**: Contribute to Acquiring and Retaining regular donors, working across our multi-channel fundraising campaigns including the new Face-to-Face fundraising project.
- ** Stewardship & Retention Expert**: Help implement strategies to keep donors engaged and grow the impact of the regular giving program.
- ** Data & Privacy Advocate**: Ensure accurate data management and donor privacy compliance.
- ** Collaboration & Teamwork**: Work effectively with colleagues across the organisation to achieve program goals.
**We're looking for someone with**
- A passion for fundraising.
- Experience in a similar role that requires excellent customer service, strong administration and organisational skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- High level literacy, numeracy and problem-solving skills, including intermediate computer skills (including use of Microsoft Office Excel).
- Ability to work in high performing fundraising team.
- Demonstrated experience working collaboratively in a team environment.
**Highly regarded**
- Understanding of CRM database management and data driven marketing best practice.
- Previous experience in a fundraising role.
**Recruitment Requirements**
- Willingness to undergo a National Police Check Current and valid driver's license.
