Animal Welfare Fundraiser

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Animal Welfare Fundraiser to join our Fundraising Team in Burwood East. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in growing sustainable funding to support our mission of ending cruelty to all animals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to maintain strong donor relationships through efficient regular giving program administration.
  • Support multi-channel giving by contributing to acquiring and retaining regular donors across various fundraising campaigns.
  • Implement strategies to keep donors engaged and grow the impact of the regular giving program.
  • Ensure accurate data management and donor privacy compliance.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues across the organisation to achieve program goals.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a similar role with excellent customer service, administrative, and organisational skills.
  • Strong communication skills and high level literacy, numeracy, and problem-solving skills.
  • Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office Excel, and CRM database management experience.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a high-performing fundraising team.
