Philanthropy Coordinator Role

We are seeking a skilled and values-driven Philanthropy Coordinator to support the operational efficiency of our team.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in fostering impactful giving, ensuring an exceptional experience for clients and beneficiaries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage administrative tasks to enable philanthropists and their families to give effectively.
  • Implement and maintain efficient backend processes for client servicing.
  • Serve as operational lead for key technology platforms, including the Philanthropy Portal and Salesforce.
  • Manage external stakeholders within your portfolio.
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Requirements:
  • Effective organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Proven administration experience.
  • Good project management/coordination skills.
  • Sound communication skills.
  • Strong ICT skills, including Microsoft office skills and familiarity with platforms/databases/CRMs.
  • Continuous improvement mindset.
  • Collaborative approach.
  • Experience in philanthropy or willingness to upskill quickly in this area.
  • Tertiary qualifications in social impact.
