The role The Administration Officer will be a key member of the Corporate Services team providing administrative support for the effective and efficient operations of the Mental Health Review Tribunal. The role will provide support in areas of reception duties, records and file management as well as providing financial support by undertaking activities associated with purchasing, asset management and counts payable and receivable. In addition, the Administration Officer will participate in the development, review and implementation of business and administrative policies and procedures.
The successful person
You will have sound knowledge of activities associated with business support services including asset management, accounts payable and accounts receivable. You will also have proven personal management skills and high level interpersonal and communication skills.
You will also have demonstrated respect and appreciation for legislation and policy frameworks and proven careful planning and organisation to achieve results.
