Role Overview:We are looking for a Cabinet & Joinery Sales & Design Consultant with experience using Planit - Cabinet Vision software.
The successful applicant will play a key role in managing client relationships, designing kitchens and custom joinery, and guiding customers through the sales and design process.Key Responsibilities:Meet with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and budgets.Design kitchens, vanities, wardrobes, and other custom joinery using Cabinet Vision.Prepare and present design concepts, 3D renderings, and quotations to clients.Liaise with internal production teams to ensure designs are accurate and ready for manufacture.Manage customer expectations throughout the project lifecycle, from initial consultation through to installation.Generate and follow up on leads, maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients.Stay up to date with industry trends, materials, and hardware options.Required Skills & Experience:Proven experience in cabinetmaking, joinery, or a related trade.Strong working knowledge of Planit - Cabinet Vision software.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Strong attention to detail and a passion for functional, attractive design.Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.Self-motivated, with a proactive and professional approach.Valid driver's licence (client site visits may be required).
Desirable (but not essential):Previous experience in a customer-facing design or sales role.Knowledge of other CAD or 3D design programs.Familiarity with residential building codes and regulations.
