We are seeking a highly motivated sales professional with expertise in custom joinery to drive business growth and deliver exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish relationships with clients, understand their needs, and present tailored design solutions
  • Develop quotes, negotiate, and close sales deals
  • Read and interpret plans; create/modify drawings using CAD software (preferred)
  • Collaborate with production & installation teams to deliver projects efficiently
  • Achieve sales targets and foster long-term client relationships
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in kitchens, cabinetry, or interior design
  • Strong technical knowledge and ability to read plans accurately
  • CAD or design software skills (highly preferred)
