Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled sales professional to join our team as a Custom Joinery Sales Consultant.

HARDIS specialises in custom joinery solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for meeting clients, understanding their needs and presenting custom design solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet clients, understand their needs and present custom design solutions
  • Prepare quotes, negotiate and close sales
  • Read and interpret plans; produce/modify drawings (CAD preferred)
  • Work with production & installation teams to deliver projects
  • Achieve sales targets and build long-term client relationships

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years' sales experience in kitchens, cabinetry or interior design
  • Strong technical knowledge and ability to read plans
  • CAD or design software skills (preferred)
