We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of high-quality commercial joinery, display installations, and custom activations.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple concurrent projects across exhibitions, pop-ups, retail displays, and commercial joinery.

  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and budgets.
  • Coordinate and oversee all stages of project execution from briefing, design approvals, manufacturing through to on-site delivery and installation.
  • Ensure all project milestones are met, and issues are resolved swiftly.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage relationships with clients, internal teams, and external suppliers.
  • Plan and coordinate project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure transparency and accountability.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Proven experience (3-5+ years) in project management within a manufacturing, construction, fit-out, or events environment.
  • Solid understanding of joinery, exhibitions, or display build processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Exceptional organisational and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualification in Project Management, Construction Management, Industrial Design, or similar.
  • Previous experience working on creative or branded environments (retail, events, exhibitions).
