Cube Networks are seeking a passionate and experienced Business Operations Manager to join our rapidly growing organisation This is a full-time, permanent role based at our headquarters in Southbank, Melbourne with the opportunity to work flexibly.

As the Business Operations Manager, you will drive the implementation, adoption and governance of business processes to optimise business data for decision making, with optimising efficiency in mind. You will drive the implementation of finance, operations and business priorities to assist the business in meeting its growth objectives and operational needs.

**Your Key Responsibilities in this Role**:

- Partner with senior leadership to operationalise commercial analytics for business decisions
- Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for business performance, process improvements and growth, in line with strategic goals
- Partner with stakeholders to build and deliver process improvements required for successful implementation of operational processes to drive efficiency and improve data hygiene and analytics
- Monitor and action compliance requirements for business, and identify areas for improvement on timesheets and other key compliance areas that have financial impact
- Lead the Business Analyst and Automation team members in line with Cubes people framework
- Lead the Office Coordinator in successfully managing OH&S matters, including new starter inductions, first line queries, risks & incidents, process improvements, company-wide communications, customer/vendor compliance requests, and other needs that may arise, partnering with P&C on OH&S requirements as applicable

**Key skills and expertise required to succeed in this role**:

- Relevant degree in Finance or Business is highly regarded
- Previous experience with implementing process improvement and procedures company wide
- Experience in delivering requirements and planning in a growing business
- Previous experience within an IT and/or consultancy business is highly regarded
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to think holistically about business operations
- Able to work with a range of different stakeholders at all levels of the business
- Taking initiative for ongoing personal development, identifying and continually developing skills and talents
- An ability to influence key stakeholders and drive change
