We are currently seeking an experienced IT Service Management Specialist to join an Information and Technology Transition Project. In this role, you will collaborate with various stakeholders, including the Senior Leadership Team, project managers, and external partners, to establish and deliver effective IT service management practices within the organisation. You will play a key role in the implementation of best practices and the transition to a new IT operating model.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide guidance and support to the Senior Leadership Team and the Transition Project team in the establishment and ongoing delivery of IT service management, including incident management, problem management, knowledge management, change and release management, and service level management.
- Develop user-friendly and well-documented IT services that align with the current and future needs
- Contribute to the implementation of an industry-recognized IT service management framework and propose solutions and improvements to enhance process efficiency
- Establish performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Regularly communicate with the Senior Project Manager and key stakeholders to provide updates on alignment and impacts on parallel activities.

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

- Experience in IT Operations and IT Service Management (ITSM)
- Proven experience in establishing new and contemporary IT service management capabilities.
- Substantial experience working in an ITIL service management environment.
- Experience in developing support models/RACI matrices.
- ITIL V4 foundational certificate (preferred).
- Experience in collaborating with stakeholders
- Strong strategic analytical experience.
- Experience in business and service transformation processes and activities.
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
- Ability to work effectively with virtual and shared teams of resources.
- Highly developed written skills for documentation, communications, and presentations.
- Ability to inspire and turn innovative ideas into reality.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders.
- Honesty and transparency in all communications and interactions.
- Commitment to teamwork.
