This is an exciting time to join the team as we have recently launched our new Strategic Plan and are busy translating it into operational plans across the organisation. This role will paly a major part in directly supporting this plan.
The Kronos Implementation Specialist will be responsible for leading and managing several remediation and uplift activities for the organisation in line with the strategic plan objectives.
As the HRIS implementation expert you will have demonstrated experience in the implementation of HRIS or other related HR systems, including Kronos, strong analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills and experience in developing workflow and process maps.
You will possess strong literacy and research skills and be able to produce written material of a high standard. You will have exceptional stakeholder relationship and communication skills.
**About the role**:
Your duties will include:
- Take an educational approach to enable managers to assume increasing responsibility for all aspects of people management
- Support organisational learning via post-implementation reviews &education
- Ensure proper governance of resources, including budget, within delegation and risk mitigation and/or reporting
- Analytical thinking/problem solving skills - working systematically & logically to resolve problems, address opportunities or manage the situation at hand, identify causes, relationships and implications
- Manage Kronos system upgrades and enhancements
- Support new users of Kronos with guidance on how to use the system
This is a role with high level of collaboration across internal hence you will have the inherent ability to develop and maintain credible working relationships with the business to provide strategic advice and make quick informed decisions
- Experience in HRIS industry and software implementations, extensive experience in implementing/supporting Kronos users is essential
- Advanced computer skills and demonstrated experience in understanding system functionality and adapting to operational requirements
- Quality commitment - demonstrate attention to detail to produce a high-quality end product and constantly look for opportunities to improve work processes and results
- Advanced written and oral communication skills, with proven ability to develop and present complex reports and the ability to explain technical information to non-technical people.
- Strong customer-focused attitude, commitment to actively display organisational values, and contribute to team goals.
- Proven ability to build productive key stakeholder relationships.
- Have a strong commitment to providing effective, professional service and the ability to operate in a fast-paced work environment.
