The OpportunityThis Clinical Administrator position supports the daily operations of all departments, patients, and clients within our Brisbane Procedure Centre environment.DutiesThis role is a customer service-based position representing City Fertility as the first point of contact for most day surgery patients, providing a meet and greet with a friendly and empathetic phone manner.
Responsibilities include:Managing incoming calls, booking appointments, and patient registrationProviding comprehensive cost quotes tailored to the patient's treatment planBilling of day surgery and IVF patients within Medicare and private healthcare guidelinesApplicants with coding experience and/or qualifications will be highly regarded for day surgery billingAbout YouWe are seeking someone who is patient-focused, compassionate, supportive, and a team player.
Ideally, you will have:Minimum 2 years' experience in a Day Hospital, Procedure Clinic, or Hospital environmentExperience in the Health Industry and basic medical terminology trainingUnderstanding of Medicare / Private Health Billing (preferred but not essential)Intermediate to advanced MS Office skillsExperience with Genie Software, Clinic to Cloud, Pracsoft, or equivalent billing softwareExperience with day surgery software such as SimDay or Dox (highly regarded)Application ProcessIf this opportunity sounds perfect for you, submit your application by clicking the 'Apply' button.
