Community Operations is the heart and soul of our #BuildWithHeart approach at Uber. We work with customers, people earning money on the platform and partners at enormous scale. **About the Role**

The Community Operations organization at Uber is responsible for delivering world-class customer support to riders, drivers, eaters, and couriers. Program Managers within Community Operations partner cross-functionally with operations leaders, engineering teams, and other organizations to build processes that enable an effortless, rapid, and efficient customer support experience. Uber's Program Managers develop support services for new products and initiatives while driving continuous improvement within existing support services.

The APAC Strategy, Innovation & Enablement team is responsible for supporting APAC Customer Experience teams to deliver seamless experiences for our customers through strategy and execution project support related to policy creation, product launches, automations and strategic initiatives. This role is perfect for those data and analytics gurus out there who love using data to create change.

**Your Impact in Role**
- You will support your manager or project lead on large cross-site level, high visibility or global projects with minimum guidance for project or workstream
- Digging into the data, surfacing insights and running experiments to level up" the consumer experience.
- Presenting your findings and providing recommendations to senior stakeholders across the business.

**The Experience You'll Bring**
- Experience in a fast paced, highly quantitative, business analysis role
- Experience in project management with a track record of autonomously running structured well-coordinated projects
- A true passion for data - Advanced analytics skills or SQL
- Experience with experiment design
