Job Title: Exhibition Program Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and creative Exhibition Program Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in planning, designing and delivering engaging exhibition programs that align with our university's learning, teaching and research objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement exhibition concepts that showcase the university's academic strengths and research capabilities.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to plan and coordinate exhibition logistics, including installation, marketing and evaluation.
  • Work effectively with external partners to develop strategic relationships and secure exhibition opportunities.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure high-quality communication with stakeholders, including students, staff, alumni and external partners.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in exhibition program management, preferably in a higher education setting.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
