- Taking a holistic care approach, work within a multidisciplinary team to support the journey from rehab to healing
- Perform a variety of assessments depending on your area of clinical expertise. This could include functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic or activities of daily living assessments
- Collaborate with a variety of stakeholders including the employee who has suffered injury, illness, or trauma, medical specialists, other treatment providers and allied health professionals
- Develop, implement and monitor rehabilitation plans.

Working Defence Force hours means you can enjoy early starts and early finishes. Support our Defence Force Members on-base at Holsworthy Barracks between 7:30am - 3:30pm Monday to Friday. We have a range of roles to suit your best work life balance. Some offer flexibility and WFH options, others have no billable KPI's.

**What will make you successful**:

- Current unrestricted registration or membership with the relevant industry body (AHPRA, ESSA, ASORC/RCAA or AASW)
- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, Rehabilitation Counselling, Nursing, Osteopathy or Social Work
- Australian Citizenship
- Strong clinical reasoning
- Ability to engage across multidisciplinary teams to support the achievement of a common goal
- Passion to help people rehabilitate
- Occupational rehabilitation experience will be highly regarded
