About this Role

As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to support clients on their journey from rehabilitation to recovery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take a holistic approach to care, performing various assessments and evaluations, including functional capacity evaluations, worksite assessments, and activities of daily living assessments
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including employees, medical specialists, and other treatment providers, to achieve optimal outcomes
  • Support ADF members and Veterans across local bases, working in collaboration with our team
  • Maintain current unrestricted registration with relevant professional bodies

About the Role

You will be responsible for providing rehabilitation services to ADF personnel, supporting them on their journey from rehabilitation to recovery. This role requires a strong understanding of rehabilitation principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
