Role Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to play a pivotal role in supporting the recovery and function of ADF personnel. As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team that takes a holistic care approach.

This role involves performing various assessments depending on your area of clinical expertise, including functional capacity evaluations and worksite ergonomic assessments.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, including employees who have suffered injury, illness, or trauma, medical specialists, and other treatment providers. The primary focus is on multidisciplinary collaboration, clinical reasoning, and passion for helping people rehabilitate.
