**Operations Manager**

TRS Resourcing has been tasked with Sourcing and Screening experienced Operations Managers for our Transport Refrigeration Client in Somerton and Dandenong. The role is Permanent full-time with a negotiable salary. Our client is at a very exciting time in the business and wants to expand across Australia.

Responsible for the site's daily operations and overseeing the whole business, the Operations Manager will take accountability for resolving complex operational and logístical challenges, including travelling between locations, hiring and training, sales, marketing and more.

**What will you do (but not limited to)**
The Operations Manager is expected to ensure the successful operation of a site, encompassing safety, sales, and direct cost performance through operational excellence.
- Expand the business across Australia.
- Investigations, escalations and reporting to stakeholders
- Manage site profit and loss
- Sales, marketing and KPIs
- Team Management, performance reviews and reward management
- Stakeholder engagement, meetings and reviews
- Manage labour planning, performance and productivity reviews
- Drive onsite continuous improvement, optimisation, site projects and safety
- Inventory management

**What skills/Qualifications will you have?**
- Two+ years of operational leadership experience, ideally within the trades
- Strong communication, both written and verbal
- Well-developed planning, organisational and analytical skills
- Stakeholder Management and Problem-solving
- Relationship building and people skills
