**What's the role?**

Based in our Parramatta office, you will complete process reviews and impact assessments across Cash & Transactional Banking Operations (CTBO) to ensure clarity on existing processes to support transformation initiatives under UNITE. Your role will drive uplift in current process gaps, identifying current pain points and ensure all artefacts inclusive of standard operating procedures and process maps are accurate and you will assist in ensuring that future state processes are adequately assessed and documented in line with guiding principles.

**What do I need?**
We're looking for someone who's curious, clever, and ready to roll up their sleeves:

- You've got experience with process mapping tools like Visio.
- You're great at writing clear, useful documentation.
- You think analytically and love solving puzzles.
- You're customer-obsessed and always looking for better ways to serve.
- You've dabbled in Agile and used tools like Confluence or JIRA.
- You're confident engaging with stakeholders and leading workshops.
- You're adaptable, organised, and a strong communicator.
